About Us

We were initially attracted to the Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog after having owned several working breeds over a span of 20 years.  Dogs we’ve owned, trained and have shown in conformation include Dobermans, Rottweilers and Bullmastiffs.  Being partial to the bully breeds we sought a smaller, robust bulldog with naturally protective instincts.  We researched a multitude of working bully breeds including Pit Bulls, Renesaince Bulldogs, Old English Bulldogs, American Bulldogs and Staffordshire Terriers. 

A close friend and trainer recommended the Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog.  The Alapaha holds a reputation as being easily trainable, great with children and a formidable protector.  We purchased our foundation bitch CRK’s Timber Gentry on September 15th 2007 from RT. Coleman of Cattle Rustler Kennels.  We met with Mr. Coleman at his kennel and hand selected Timber from a small litter of 3 females.
